Alexis and I, in concert with the Clan Gunn Society of North America and the Clan MacCallum-Malcolm Society of North America, are pleased to report the 13th Annual Christian G. Malcolm Kehm U.S.M.C. Memorial Piping Scholarship has been receiving donations from different fund raising efforts at highland games and donations from individuals and groups.  

     Members and friends of Clan MacCallum-Malcolm and Clan Gunn are encouraged to donate to this worthy scholarship that helps provide that "Joyful Noise" we love so much.  All donations are sent to Clan MacCallum-Malcolm and received under their 501(c)(3) IRS status making all donations tax deductible.  Donations can be make on line using PayPal at the following link:

     The members of the Scholarship Committee are Don Malcolm - Committee Chairman & Past President Clan MacCallum-Malcolm Society of North America (CMMSNA), Fred McCallum, President CMMSNA, Maj.Tara McCallum, Vice President, CMMSNA, Lon McCollum, Past President CMMSNA, Neil McCallam, Treasurer CMMSNA, Chuck Franz, President of Clan Gunn Society of North America (CGSNA), Rich Gunn, Past President CGSNA and The Commissioner of North America for Iain Gunn of Gunn, Chief of Clan Gunn, Alexis Malcolm Kehm & Alexis Malcolm Kilts, CMMSNA & CGSNA and Charles Henry Kehm, 1st. Vice President, CGSNA and a member of CMMSNA are ready to review this year's applications when they are received and award scholarships.

     The Scholarship Members would like to encourage pipers and want-to-be-pipers to please get their applications in as soon as possible & before the May 1st, 2020 deadline.

     Scholarship winners will receive a one week session of piping training with room and board included at the famed North American Academy of Piping & Drumming (NAAPD) located in the Highlands of North Carolina.  Some of the finest piping instructors in the world will be there to help all pipers learn to pipe and improve their skills from beginners to grade 1 pipers. 

     We look forward to another wonderful group of winners who will always remember their week at the NAAPD where skills are refined and lifetime friendships are forged.
